This weekend (March 15 to 17, 2024), traffic congestion is anticipated in various roads across Metro Manila as tunnel boring machines are transported for the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) construction. The Department of Transportation (DOTr) announced via social media that the machines will be conveyed to the Camp Aguinaldo Station in Quezon City.

During the specified periods of March 15 from 9 p.m. to March 16 at 4 a.m., and March 16 from 9 p.m. to March 17 at 4 a.m., the following roads are expected to experience delays:

Port/R-10 (from 9:00 P.M. to 9:30 P.M.)
C3 Road (from 9:30 P.M. to 10:30 P.M.)
5th Avenue (from 10:30 P.M. to 12:00 A.M.)
G. Araneta Avenue (from 12:00 A.M. to 1:30 A.M.)
E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue (from 1:30 A.M. to 2:00 A.M.)
Gilmore Avenue (from 2:00 A.M. to 3:00 A.M.)
Col. Bonny Serrano Avenue (from 3:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M.)
