In less than a year since its initiation, our Develon DX1000LC-7, situated in an Estonian quarry, has accumulated an impressive 5400 operational hours as of January 31, 2023, without encountering any technical issues. What's even more remarkable than the sheer number of hours is its exceptional fuel efficiency. The 100-ton excavator has maintained an average fuel consumption of only 40 liters per hour, with occasional peaks at 45 liters per hour, particularly in direct extraction tasks or following ground ripping activities with a 100-ton bulldozer.

Within the same quarry, the DX1000LC-7 (100t) collaborates with the DX490LC-7 (50t) and DX800LC-7 (80t) excavators. The DX800LC-7 has logged an impressive 11,600 operational hours, alternating between a bucket and a hydraulic eccentric ripper. Similarly, the DX490LC-7 has been consistently engaged in 100% operation with a hydraulic breaker, surpassing 10,000 hours without encountering any issues—a demanding application in this market.
