The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) reported on Friday that numerous road sections across eight regions remain closed due to damage from the southwest monsoon, Severe Tropical Storm Crising, Tropical Storm Dante, and Typhoon Emong.
As of the latest update, 11 roads in regions such as the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Ilocos, Central Luzon, and Calabarzon have been closed due to soil collapse, road slips, collapsed slope protection, and flooding. These include:

Kennon Road, K0237+680, Camp 6, Tuba, Benguet

Judge Jose De Venecia Blvd Extension Service Road, Dagupan City

Urdaneta Junction-Dagupan-Lingayen Road, Pangasinan

Bigaa-Plaridel Road, Bulacan

Candaba-San Miguel Road, Pampanga

Talisay-Laurel-Agoncillo Road, Batangas, among others.

Additionally, 35 other national roads in CAR, Negros Island Region (NIR), Ilocos, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, and Zamboanga Peninsula have limited access due to road cuts, flooding, and precautionary measures.
Despite these disruptions, the DPWH confirmed that all other national roads and bridges in the affected regions remain passable to all types of vehicles.
